About the forthcoming start of the red deer hunting, SCDP DP has organized - a seminar for hunting guides from the company's territorial divisions. Host of the event was Voden-Iri Hisar. The training was led by the lecturers Prof. Hristo Mihaylov - Head of the Hunting Department at LU Sofia, eng. Ivan Nedkov - Chairman of the Professional Hunting Association in Bulgaria (PLAB), Dr. Eng. Rossen Andreev - Ivan Stepanov - PhD student of the Faculty of Law, Department of Hunting and Director of DSB "Rositsa". The purpose of the seminar was to prepare hunting guides for the upcoming hunting season. The lecturers gave special attention to the age determination to prevent the shooting of young prospective animals; wild game behavior, tracing and finding early game, hunting traditions and rituals, primary game meat processing. In addition, many practical issues that were not addressed in the textbooks on hunting were discussed.
